Coffees

Economics might be defined as how one manages a household. Wise men admit women manage their homes, thereby, allowing men to drink coffee and tell stories.

The story of coffee, as told by men, began in the 6th century. As the story goes, a hard working goat herder named Kaldi awoke from his afternoon nap in what we now call Ethiopia. Kaldi found his goats acting rather peculiar. Upon investigation, Kaldi found a shrub with bitter berries which his goats had been eating. Kaldi tasted the berry and felt energized. The story continues with the local priest, who realized the berries will assist priests and parishioners to stay alert during services.

Stories abound about the progression of eating raw berries to the sophistication of today's coffee consumption behaviors. Respect the bean, weave enhancing stories.
